Dennis Rossetti

After my Agronomy studies, I've started working on our family's wine estate, which made me fall in love with viticolture, the wine and the nature of course.

Alongside with wines I've extended my knowledge also with olives, another wonderful gift from our generous region.
I have been also member of A.I.B.E.S. Assosiation and after few experiences abroad I'm now running my own new buisness.

Niccoló Poli

After studying Oenology and becoming Sommelier under the Italian Sommelier Assosiation (AIS), I've spent 3 years working as Assistant Head Sommelier for China Tang at The Dorchester, into one of the most iconic 5* luxury hotels in London where I've achieved the 3rd level of the Wine and Spirits Educations Trust (WSET).

Moving to Rome for few months at Heinz Beck's La Pergola 3* Michelin and then back to Verona at Il Desco, I've had this idea, along with my friend Dennis, about involving Wine Lovers to discover all the secrets of our beautiful Valpolicella, the land I belong to.
